Terms of Service

RevAds is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform. Our AI agents — Max, Aria, Carmen, and Nora — analyze your Google Ads account, surface recommendations, and (with your approval) apply changes directly to your account via the Google Ads API.

RevAds is a tool to assist you in managing your Google Ads account. It is not a managed services provider and does not guarantee specific advertising results.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect and manage the Google Ads account(s) you link to RevAds. By using RevAds, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the Google Ads account(s) you connect belong to you or that you have authorization to manage them

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at hello@revads.app.

RevAds accesses your Google Ads account through the official Google Ads API using OAuth. By connecting your account, you authorize RevAds to:

• Read your account data (campaigns, keywords, ads, search terms, performance metrics)
• Apply changes you explicitly approve within the RevAds interface

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting will immediately revoke RevAds' access.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all recommendations before they are applied. RevAds will not make changes to your Google Ads account without your explicit approval, except where you have enabled automated apply features, which are clearly labeled in the interface.

RevAds uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations about your Google Ads account. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes and to assist your decision-making. They do not constitute professional advertising, financial, or legal advice.

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your landing pages, and your budget. RevAds does not guarantee any specific outcome, including improvements in clicks, conversions, or return on ad spend.

RevAds offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Free trials: If we offer a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
• Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing your subscription price.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the payment is resolved.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You agree not to:

• Use RevAds for any unlawful purpose
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from RevAds
• Use RevAds to manage Google Ads accounts you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the RevAds platform or its infrastructure
• Violate Google's terms of service in connection with your use of RevAds

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

RevAds and its content (software, design, copy, agent logic) are owned by RevAds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of RevAds without our written permission.

Your Google Ads data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data in your connected accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RevAds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RevAds
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of RevAds is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold RevAds harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of RevAds, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we discontinue the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account in settings. Upon termination, your access to RevAds will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of RevAds after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
